Can I customize the design or wording?
Yes! Many embroidery designs can be customized with different wording, names, or phrases. Customizations may require an additional fee depending on the request. If customization is available for the specific item, details can be found in the order notes at check out. For more detailed requests, please reach out prior to ordering to confirm feasibility.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on embroidered items?
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error on my end.
What if there is an issue with my embroidery order?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so I can assist you.
