Custom Embroidery 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is created specifically for you, and for this reason all sales are final.

Damages or Quality Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or of unacceptable quality, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madebymollycollective@gmail.com. We are happy to work with you to resolve the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Refunds

Refunds are not offered due to the custom nature of our products. Approved replacements for damaged or defective items will be issued at our discretion.

Photography Services 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. One reschedule may be permitted at the photographer’s discretion, provided notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to appear for the session will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Digital Images & Products

Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography services, no refunds or exchanges are offered on digital images, prints, or products once delivered.

Quality & Technical Issues

Every effort is made to provide high-quality images consistent with the photographer’s portfolio and style. In the unlikely event of a technical failure or quality issue caused by the photographer, liability is limited to the return of the session fee or a reshoot at the photographer’s discretion.

Client Satisfaction

By booking, the client acknowledges familiarity with the photographer’s style and agrees that artistic judgment is subjective. Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference, style interpretation, or dissatisfaction with facial expressions, poses, or environmental factors beyond the photographer’s control. 

Weather & Uncontrollable Circumstances

In the event of inclement weather or circumstances beyond control (including illness, equipment failure, or acts of nature), the session may be rescheduled or refunded at the photographer’s discretion. 

Acceptance of Terms

Booking a session and submitting payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and policies.
